- Confirm section 39 first if any inventor is resident in India - permission, or an Indian filing at least six weeks earlier.
- Budget translations, which are often the largest line.
- Diarise each national deadline separately; they are not all the same.
- Keep Form 3 current in India for every foreign filing.
